This is a permanent part-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Bendigo.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including managing phone communications, providing administrative support, performing clerical duties, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.
Additional responsibilities include organizing files, managing rosters, sending out invoices and assisting with office management tasks.
The successful applicant will need a minimum 2 years' Experience in Administrative Assistance, Clerical Skills, and Phone Etiquette.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment supporting senior management.
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal and excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MYOB, Microsoft Office and other related software.
