We are recruiting for an Administratiot assistant / Medical Receptonist to join our team at Rehab Ready Healthcare!

This highly reputable private community based healthcare clinic based in Melbourne continues to be a market leader in providing healthcare and rehab needs in the home. Boasting a long list of referrers and relationships within the healthcare space, we thrive on evidence based practice and exceptional patient care.

About the role:

Due to the rapid growth, expansion and demand of our services we have an existing role to our model and assist with our day-to-day clinical operations. As the Administration Asssaant your primary responsibility will be to assist, run and oversee all the operations within the Allied Health Team and be guided by the practice manager. In this role you will be expected to report directly to our Director/practice manager.

This role will be suitable for an experienced Receptionist who believes they share a similar health vision, feels strongly about empowering the person, and can assist us in creating the high-quality practice we wish to achieve.

Key elements of the role are:

  • Reception workflow, daily operations, staff scheduling, managing referrals, data entry.
  • Potentially billing and Medicare compliance daily reconciliation of DVA, third party and private billings.
  • Experience using medical software such as Cliniko - Medical Practice Software will be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Policies and procedures – Formulating and implementing practice policies which meet accreditation standards and identifying opportunities for growth and process efficiencies.
  • Receptionist duties – assist in general front desk reception duties as required
  • Manage and run our social media

NOTE: This role has the ability to expand and become full time and include more tasks as our clinic continues to evolve.

  • Exemplary IT skills and potential experience at managing online CRMs/databases/project management tools
  • Effective communication – particularly via online platforms
