Franks Security Doors is a growing, fast-paced manufacturing business based in Craigieburn. We’re looking for a capable and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director with admin, job coordination, and day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s worked in trades, construction, or manufacturing, and understands how to keep a small business organised and productive.

🛠️ Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage emails, phone calls, and the Director’s calendar

Book in jobs for installers and communicate with customers

Track job progress, follow up on quotes and orders

Assist with scheduling, ordering, and supplier follow-ups

Create and manage spreadsheets, documents, and admin tasks

Help reduce the Director’s workload and keep the day running smoothly

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Admin or coordination experience in a manufacturing based business

Strong communication and organisation skills

Confident with email, spreadsheets, and general office software

Self-motivated, practical, and takes initiative without needing micromanagement

Experience using Instye (by Accent Software) is a huge bonus — or willingness to learn

Knowledge of scheduling trades or working with installers is highly regarded
