What You'll Do:

Lead multiple concurrent development projects, particularly within aged care, independent living, or comparable residential sectors.

Undertake rigorous feasibility analysis, financial modelling, and scenario planning to guide informed decision-making.

Navigate rezoning, planning, and stakeholder approvals with confidence and strategic foresight.

Coordinate project teams through design, procurement, construction, and final delivery - ensuring quality outcomes on time and budget.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to shape projects that reflect community needs and organisational values.

What You'll Bring:

Degree or Master's in Property Development, Construction, or a related field.

7+ years in property development, with demonstrated experience in aged care, retirement living, or vertical residential builds.

Strong financial acumen, with advanced feasibility and risk analysis capabilities.

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-staged developments over $40M in value.

A collaborative leadership style and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Passion for delivering high-quality spaces that support social purpose and long-term community benefit.

Desirable Extras:

Postgraduate qualifications in Property, Project Management, or Urban Planning.

Membership with relevant industry bodies (e.g. UDIA, AIPM, or PCA).
