Drive Excellence Across Property Development Systems and Delivery

We are seeking a forward-thinking Property Development Quality and Process Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of project processes and quality standards across our property development team.

You will ensure every stage of the property development lifecycle - from planning to delivery - is supported by best-practice governance, quality assurance, and process optimisation.

About the Role

You will oversee the quality and efficiency of development projects from start to finish. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners such as architects, engineers, and contractors, you will champion the organisation's Property Development Process and establish a quality assurance framework that drives compliance, innovation, and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve the Property Development Process, including documentation, templates, and training
• Integrate quality assurance across design, construction, and commissioning phases
• Lead training on project management standards and development tools
• Develop project documentation, KPIs, and monitor delivery quality
• Implement quality assurance processes and conduct compliance reviews
• Manage financial feasibility by aligning design with market and budget requirements
• Contribute to organisational quality systems and WHS practices

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Master's in Property Development or related field
• Project Management qualifications
• 10+ years' experience managing complex property development projects, preferably in aged care, retirement living, healthcare, or residential sectors
• Proven experience developing and enforcing development processes and quality systems
• Strong communication, training, and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for social impact and working within a values-driven organisation
