We are looking for an Business Analyst to join the driven product team. You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams across both product development projects and day-to-day business operations. You’ll play a key role in shaping and communicating product requirements, supporting testing efforts, and keeping teams aligned.

Role responsibilities

Shape and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria across mobile, device, and web-based projects.

Work with engineers to gather technical input, define integration points, and support API documentation or logic diagrams when required.

Collaborate with internal dev teams (local and offshore) to ensure clear understanding of requirements.

Partner with UI/UX designers to ensure the product experience aligns with business needs and technical constraints.

Support testing activities including preparing test cases, performing UAT, and capturing test results across mobile, connected devices and web platforms.

Investigate bugs or system issues, working with developers to identify root causes and track resolutions.

Support internal documentation in Confluence for product features, processes, and technical flows.

Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-functional workshops when required.

Support data gathering and analysis to inform decision-making or feature validation.

Be willing to pick up tasks outside of a traditional BA role when needed to keep the momentum going.

Role requirements

2 + years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Digital Business Analyst / Software Business Analyst, ideally within software or digital product teams.

Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Capable of working through ambiguity and simplifying complex problems.

Comfortable working with developers and technical stakeholders to understand and document system behavior, APIs, and integrations.

Familiarity with agile tools and processes (JIRA, Confluence).

Attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and analysis.

Hands-on testing or QA support experience

It is highly desirable if you have experience working on mobile apps, connected devices, websites, applications or platforms that span both hardware and software.
