Business Analyst – Digital Transformation Focus

Key Responsibilities

Analyse, streamline, and improve business processes and legacy systems

Identify opportunities for digitisation and automation of paper-based workflows

Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional solutions

Design and implement IT solutions aligned with operational goals

Lead IT and digital transformation projects from concept to completion

Ensure compliance with ISO27001:2022, the ISM, and relevant government standards

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in ICT, business operations, or a hybrid role

Strong business analysis background, including requirements gathering and documentation

Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end IT or digital transformation projects

Skilled in process mapping, data analysis, and workflow automation

Proficiency in SQL, database systems, and Excel (incl. advanced macros)

Familiarity with ERP platforms and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)

Experience with asset lifecycle management and/or compliance-heavy environments

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – and a hands-on attitude

Experience in financial services or a similarly regulated sector (desirable)

Exposure to cloud technologies, virtualisation, and procurement processes is a plus
