About the Role

You’ll work closely with the GM of Operations (COO) and cross-functional departments to manage production schedules, create efficient Excel-based tools, monitor raw materials, and support logistics—all while helping lay the foundations for our future ERP transition to MYOB Advanced.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with the GM - Operations (COO) to maintain and evolve Excel-based production schedules.

· Supervise day-to-day mattress production activities to meet output and quality KPIs.

· Input daily operational data into the schedule, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

· Design and manage spreadsheets/databases used in our customer service portal.

· Track data related to international shipments, spring usage, and other raw materials.

· Monitor production data from the factory floor (e.g., staff outputs, timing, and performance).

· Assist with logistics coordination and reporting (e.g., dispatch schedules, truck efficiency, cost per piece).

· Support the implementation of MYOB Exo and contribute to the transition into MYOB Advanced over the next 12–24 months.

· Ensure operational and production data is collected, reported, and presented in a way that supports smart decision-making.

· Work across departments (admin, customer service, production, warehouse) to streamline communication and keep data centralised and accurate.

· Enter relevant data reporting

Skills & Experience

· High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.).

· Experience in data handling, reporting, and building operational tools.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

· Excellent communication skills to liaise across departments and levels.

· Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, or production environments is preferred.

· Familiarity with MYOB Exo or MYOB Advanced is a bonus.
