The Flick team in Melbourne have an exciting opportunity for an experience Operations Assistant to join the team, this role will commit to the continual improvement of processes and services ensuring that technicians are supported and receive an equal work load.

Key responsibilities

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

Improving operational processes and best practices.

Purchasing stock, plan inventory and oversee stock efficiency.

Assisting with on boarding, orientation, coaching, and training of new and current personnel.

Scheduling of work for technicians

Provide support to the brandch manager, office and field team.

Actively help recruit and drive engagement of staff.

Be a key member of the service team for hygiene whilst supporting supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.

Position requirements

Previous office experience

Previous scheduling experience.

Proven experience in helping build a team and business.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

An ability to effectively manage changes in competing priorities.

Strong organisational and time-management skills as well as be able to prioritise tasks in a way that bolsters operational efficiency.

A sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple demands at once (emails/texts/phone calls/meetings/tasks).

Computer literacy and sound knowledge of MS Office package.
