An exciting opportunity for a polished and passionate Venue Manager to step into a key leadership role at one of Brisbane’s most acclaimed and high-energy dining destinations. Known for its elevated energy, refined service and premium food offering, this venue delivers a fast-paced, high-volume dining experience while never compromising on polish.

This is a hands-on, floor-first leadership role for someone who lives and breathes world-class hospitality. We’re after the best of the best - think starred, hatted or internationally acclaimed venues. You’ll lead with presence, set the tone on the floor, and drive elite standards across a large, fast-paced team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the floor during high-volume peak services with confidence and presence
• Acting as the face of the venue - hosting guests, setting the tone, and embodying the brand
• Working closely with the group’s senior leadership to uphold and evolve service culture
• Directing and inspiring a large FOH team (15+ staff and supervisors) in a fast-paced setting
• Spearheading team development and training initiatives
• Involved in the daily running of the restaurant, overseeing rostering, wage control and budget management

Who We’re Looking For

• A confident, polished leader with Michelin Star or Chef Hat calibre experience
• Floor-focused, bringing energy, presence, warmth and precision to every shift
• A magnetic, not militant, leader—professional, charismatic, and committed to driving high standards
• Calm, composed and naturally engaging, with consistently high personal presentation
• Full availability across a rotating lunch/dinner roster
• Strong product knowledge is a key advantage
