Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service, workforce compliance, and onboarding experiences?

We're looking for a proactive and professional Client Services Manager to join a dynamic team supporting contingent workforce programs across key client accounts. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract offering hybrid work and the flexibility of 25 hours per week.

About the Role

As a trusted client partner, you'll be the key point of contact for stakeholders across HR, Recruitment, Hiring Managers, and Finance teams. You’ll manage day-to-day service delivery, ensure compliance across contingent worker programs, resolve escalations, and contribute to strategic process improvements.

What You'll Be Doing

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across clients’ businesses

Manage end-to-end service delivery for contingent workers, from onboarding to offboarding

Oversee compliance, licensing, and documentation with 100% accuracy

Interpret background check results and manage any adverse findings

Coordinate urgent onboarding and ensure SLA compliance for new starters

Contribute to business reviews, workforce planning, and continuous service enhancements

Maintain accurate data in internal systems and provide reporting as required

Identify trends from feedback and implement meaningful improvements

Act as an escalation point for queries and complaints (including in-person meetings)

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in client services, workforce solutions, or internal recruitment operations

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

Sound understanding of compliance, onboarding, and contractor management processes

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

Confident using systems and generating client-facing reports
