The Role
We’re looking for a SaaS Sales Representative to join our growing team and help expand Flex Catering’s footprint across Australia. You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting to demo to closing—and play a key role in building relationships with catering businesses and hospitality groups.
You’ll be a confident communicator, commercially sharp, and great with people. Whether you’re speaking with a business owner or operations manager, you’ll know how to listen, understand pain points, and show exactly how Flex Catering can make a difference.
This is a quota-carrying role that reports directly to the company founders. You’ll work closely with our customer success and marketing teams but will also be expected to drive your own pipeline and hit targets.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage your sales pipeline—hitting and exceeding monthly new business targets
Run the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demo, negotiation and close
Qualify inbound leads and create new outbound opportunities through cold outreach
Deliver compelling product demos that show real value to catering businesses
Work closely with marketing to shape campaigns that drive quality leads
Travel occasionally for client meetings, site visits and industry events (as needed)
Keep CRM data clean, updated, and useful for reporting and forecasting
Share market feedback to influence product development and messaging
Be an advocate for Flex Catering—building our presence in the market
Who You Are
You’re motivated, curious, and know how to connect with people. You enjoy the challenge of selling, love solving real problems for businesses, and take pride in hitting your targets.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, hospitality tech or similar is a bonus)
Has a proven track record of closing deals and achieving quotas
Is confident running product demos and sales conversations independently
Is highly organised, self-motivated, and thrives with ownership
Understands (or is eager to learn about) the catering and hospitality space
Communicates clearly and persuasively across phone, email and Zoom
Loves working in a fast-paced environment with a small, driven team
Brings energy, initiative and a genuine desire to grow with the business
