Enterprise Plus is managed by its Chief Executive Officer along with a team of highly skilled & experienced staff supported by a professional Board of Directors, providing strategic direction, corporate governance & community representation.
The opportunity
The Administration Coordinator is responsible for a broad range for office support and administrative tasks and functions in addition to providing support to the Enterprise Plus staff and CEO.
To be successful in this role you need to be a ‘people-person’, show initiative, enjoy interacting with a variety of internal and external customers and enjoy a challenge. Event coordination is an integral part of the role and your skills in this area will be highly regarded.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, your previous experience in a similar role, with a thorough working knowledge of all typical business systems, including Microsoft 365 and the full suite of Microsoft Office professional products will also be highly regarded.
Key responsibilities
Receptionist duties for a Business Hub in Wagga
Office coordination for Business Hub including event set-up and break down and maintaining a clean and tidy environment plus liaison with clients and tenants
Assisting the Program Managers with workshops, webinars, and events
Liaising with local council and stakeholders about events
Interaction with the NSW Government authorities
Monitor and updating databases
Assist with the bi-weekly Newsletter
General customer enquiries
Book travel and accommodation for staff
Booking meeting rooms
Other associated tasks as and when required (provided in a full Position Description if selected for interview)
