About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Officer to join the team at the oldest badge & medal company in Australia, at our Riverwood, NSW office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and sales support to ensure the smooth running of our customer-facing operations.

What you'll be doing

Answering and responding to incoming customer enquiries via phone and email

Processing orders and managing customer accounts in our CRM system

Preparing quotes, invoices and other sales-related documentation

Liaising with our production team to ensure timely order fulfilment

Providing general administrative support to the sales department

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer service or sales support role

Demonstrated proficiency in using MS Office suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
