Qualifications & Experience
Must be passionate about turning opportunities into sales
At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a client and sales administration setting
Been prepared to be on the phone speaking with clients, building rapport with customers and closing sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a high level of customer service
Must enjoy customer service and be able to confidently follow up with cold, warm and hot clients
Positively follow telemarketing and sales procedures
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a desire to contribute to the success of the team
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

About the role
Provide friendly and efficient customer service to both existing and potential clients, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely manner
Responding to Client enquiries by preparing & sending quotes and helping with providing the right solution.
Following up quotes/leads. Both reactive and proactive calls. This is one of the Key parts of the role. - Follow Up, Follow Up, Follow Up.
Assist with processing sales orders, managing customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close sales
Positively follow telemarketing and sales procedures
Contribute to the development and improvement of sales and customer service processes
Maintain a thorough understanding of Krosstech's products and services to provide informed and helpful advice to customers
