Hours: Monday - Friday with hours between 8am -5pm

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a detailed oriented and customer service focused individual to join an experienced Sales team. This full-time, permanent role offers amazing career growth and potential with exceptional internal training provided. Our client are a leading provider of commercial plumbing fixtures.

What will you do:

• Provide general customer service support via phone, email & Live Chat
• Complete all quotations for made to order items
• Use estimate one to quote tenders & opportunities
• Assist with incoming sales calls and emails
• Follow up on quotes and sales leads
• Provide technical product support to customers
• Provide sale's administrative support to sales manager's
• Liaise with operation and warehouse team to ensure customers orders are dispatched on time.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience in a similar role
• Great communication skills and a passion for providing customer service.
• Previous experience with quoting and order entry
• Detail orientated
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• The desire to achieve goals, and contribute to successful sales targets
• Building or Plumbing industry experience is preferred
• SAP and Salesforce experience preferred but not essential
• Unlimited Australian work rights
