About the role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at All Coast Goodyear Autocare Maroochydore in Maroochydore, QLD. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the repair and maintenance process for our valued clients' vehicles. All Coast Goodyear Autocare Maroochydore is a one top shop from tyre and mechanical needs.

What you'll be doing

Greeting customers and building strong relationships to understand their needs and concerns

Inspecting vehicles, diagnosing tyre issues, and providing accurate repair and maintenance recommendations

Preparing detailed repair estimates and work orders, and explaining them clearly to customers

Coordinating the repair process with the workshop team to ensure timely and high-quality service

Maintaining accurate records and following up with customers on the status of their vehicles

Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive overall experience

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or a similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry

Strong technical knowledge and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information to customers

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to manage the repair process efficiently

A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships

A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a range of vehicles
