About the role

Join the fast-paced and dynamic team at Height Dynamics as a Height Safety Sales & Customer Service Specialist. Based at our office in Albion, QLD, this full-time role will see you providing expert sales and customer support for our industry-leading height safety equipment and solutions.

What you'll be doing

Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their height safety needs and recommend the right products and services

Process orders and provide prompt and knowledgeable customer service

Maintain strong relationships with customers and proactively address any queries or concerns

Collaborate with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

Stay up-to-date with the latest height safety industry developments, products and regulations

Assist with generating sales leads and contributing to the company's ongoing growth

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the height safety or a similar industrial/technical industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Good technical knowledge and aptitude to understand and discuss height safety equipment and solutions

Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

A proactive, team-oriented approach and the drive to exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
