Hydraulic Sales Manager

About the Company

Ruffin Hydraulics is currently seeking an experienced Sales manager to join our growing family operated business. Ruffin Hydraulics has been servicing the Geelong, Melbourne and surrounds for 35 Years. With a fully equipped workshop we specialize in cylinder overhauls, precision machining, closed and open loop pump rebuilds and testing. Supply and installation of new Hydraulic systems along with breakdown maintenance.

The Role

Assist with onsite, counter and telephone sales orders and enquiries in an accurate and timely manner.

Dispatching of customer orders including picking & packing.

Goods receiving.

Stock control.

Actively manage sales inquiries, from quote through to completion of the sale.

Maintaining the existing customer base through great service, proactive outbound phone contact & occasional customer site visits.

Skills and Experience

Hydraulic experience is essential

Meticulous work ethic, must be clean and precise.

Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics

Good mechanical aptitude, problem solving and numerical skills

Ability to work with limited supervision.

Knowledge of computerized stock management systems

Conditions

Monday-Friday 7am-3.30pm

Overtime available

Pay to be negotiated based on experience.
