Location: Moonee Ponds, VIC
Role Type: Part-Time (Mon–Thurs) or Full-Time (Mon–Fri, for the right candidate)
Pay: $30/hour + Uncapped Commissions + Career Progression

What You’ll Do
· Manage outbound sales calls to existing and potential clients.
· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive recurring business.
· Prospect and convert leads in the independent retail and foodservice space.
· Leverage digital platforms and CRM to streamline sales and reporting.
· Participate in range reviews and product launches, both virtually and in person.
· Represent Dallas International at trade shows, store visits, and promotional events.
What We’re Looking For
· 1+ years' experience in outbound or field-based sales (FMCG background preferred).
· Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
· Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
· A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
