In this role, you’ll be the right hand to both the Doctor and General Manager — providing high-level executive and operational support, acting as a trusted gatekeeper, and keeping the wheels turning smoothly behind the scenes.

�� What your days will look like:

• Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across clinical and operational priorities
• Scheduling appointments, internal meetings, and external stakeholder engagements
• Handling confidential correspondence and preparing reports, presentations & minutes
• Supporting small projects and liaising with internal departments and partners
• Being a sounding board, problem solver, and culture contributor all in one!

✨ What we’re looking for:

• Prior EA or senior-level admin experience – healthcare background is a non negotiable
• Proactive mindset with top-tier organisational skills
• Emotional intelligence, strong judgement, and a warm but professional communication style
• The ability to pivot quickly and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same
