We currently have an amazing opportunity based in our Chatswood Office for an experienced administrator/service coordinator. This role will be full time Monday to Friday, 8am starts, based in the office in Chatswood.

You will be someone seeking an opportunity to join a small tight knit team with outstanding service standards, and enjoy the day off on your birthday!

This role for an experienced Service Coordinator is to help manage the workflow in a busy office environment.

You will be a candidate from a service environment having to deal with contractors, trades, managing workflow and speaking to high profile clients. You will have outstanding time management skills with a strong ability to multitask.

This key role reporting to the Operations Manager, involves looking after all day to day aspects of work delegation in Electronic Security across high-end established clients.

Your key tasks include:

Create and co-ordinate jobs to a technician for work to be carried out

Oversee the Co-ordinators in respect to liaising and resolving issues and disputes in regards to jobs, projects or supplier discrepancies as escalated

Manage all future projects and ensure they are carried on time, to schedule and within budgeted framework.

Ensure all Occupational Health and Safety standards are maintained and reviewed.

What are we looking for?

Proven experience in a service coordinator role in the security, building, construction industry will be highly regarded.

Outstanding communication and relationship building ability a MUST!

Someone that is flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business

You need to have shown proven stability and commitment in a previous role (loyalty is the key)

Willing to get involved in day to day tasks as small or large

A mature approach that shows strong organisation skills with a proactive approach

Strong computer literacy

This candidate must have proven experience and strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and ensure each task is completed without gaps.
