Victorian Power Savers is seeking Customer Relationship Officer who can hit the ground running to oversee the entire lifecycle of Customer Relationship from incoming lead to the final sign off. The most important function will be the first call to the customer to understand their needs and set up the appointment for the visit of the Sales representative. A very pleasant voice, full of energy and happiness will be an asset in this role.

Key responsibilities:

Understand the prerequisites of the Federal and Victorian Government rebate programs.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Acquire new customers through inbound calls, outbound calling and emails.

Understanding customer needs and answering their queries related to products and services.

Explain the features and benefits of the products and services to a prospect.

Work with other departments of the organization and the installation teams to complete the orders.

Key person managing the sales pipelines, end to end.

Maintain and update company databases and records.

Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.

Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

Skill expectations:

Excellent tele calling skills. It is mandatory to have proper Australian English accent. We will request applicants to send us a voice recording for review.

Proven experience as a customer relationship officer or similar role.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Will be required to quickly learn working on GoHighLevel, ServiceM8 and Dataforce.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Diploma or degree in business administration, office management, or related field preferred but not necessary.
