Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Chiefs Australia's products to new and existing customers in key industry sectors (transport, mining, heavy equipment, etc.).

Provide on-site product demonstrations and training to customers and dealers.

Install and maintain systems

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

Identify customer needs and recommend solutions using technical knowledge.

Manage a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.

Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate logistics, product trials, and support.

Participate in trade shows, industry events, and dealer visits to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.

Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams on customer needs and industry trends.

Ensure all sales activities align with company values, safety policies, and operational procedures.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in cleaning chemicals, industrial equipment, or related fields.

Strong mechanical or chemical product knowledge (training provided for Chiefs product line).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively across a designated territory.

Confident in conducting hands-on demonstrations and installing application hardware (full training will be provided).

Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly out of state (around 2 weeks per month)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platform (Zoho).

Knowledge on solution selling techniques

A proven history of surpassing sales targets.
