With decades of technical expertise and a strong client base, we continue to expand—offering high-performance battery solutions across logistics, warehousing, transport, and materials handling sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Queensland team based in Brisbane. This is a dynamic, corporate client-facing role focused on business development and strategic sales across the state. While you’ll be based in our Brisbane office, you’ll also attend trade shows, events, and meet clients onsite—so flexibility and initiative are key.

This is a hands-on role that gets you out on site. You’ll be actively engaging with corporate clients,

identifying their operational challenges and providing customised power solutions.

You will:

Build and maintain strong B2B relationships across Queensland

Identify and convert new sales opportunities

Deliver technical sales support and prepare tailored proposals

Represent IBA at industry events and client sites

Work closely with national leadership to align with broader strategy

We're looking for someone with more than just sales experience—you need deep familiarity with the industrial battery sector or related materials handling industries. The ideal candidate will have:

A proven track record in B2B solution-based sales

Hands-on experience in industrial battery systems or charging infrastructure • Strong commercial and technical communication skills

Confidence engaging with operational and engineering teams on-site

A self-driven, organised, and client-centric mindset

Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and technical quoting will be highly regarded.
