We are seeking the services of an experienced Service Adviser at Bosch Car Service Malvern, a family-run Bosch workshop centrally located in Malvern, Victoria, Australia. Here is a breakdown of the key information:

A family-run Bosch workshop centrally located in Malvern.

The office has 4 employees offering great support - 4 including applicant.

The workshop has 7 employees.

Focus on late-model cars, including European vehicles.

Mainly dealing with service work and light to medium repair works.

Requirements/Qualifications & Experience:

Commitment to serving customers is essential

Motor Mechanic background or parts experience would be an advantage.

2-5 years of experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage.

A valid Victorian driver's license.

Excellent English reading and writing skills and computer literacy.

DMS experience would be an advantage.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers.

Handle phone calls and bookings.

Process repair orders and invoices.

Order spare parts as required.

Coordinate sublet repairs.

Allocate repairs with technicians.

Meet customer deadlines and expectations.

The position does not require upselling unnecessary aftermarket products.

The position does not require completing comprehensive Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) requirements nor arduous dealership requirements.

Additional Information:

The salary package offers two work week options: standard 38 hours per week package, or, overtime with 45 hours per week package.
