As a Service Advisor, you will be the initial contact to the customer as they enter the service department. The primary focus of this role is to provide the Ultimate Customer Experience.

You will be working with a supportive and motivated team to achieve excellence in all key areas.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in operating in a high volume dealership service environment.

You should possess a positive attitude, strong communication with interpersonal skills, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and be well organised.

Previous experience with our DMS Pentana is highly desirable.
