About the role
Are you a driven service or fixed operations manager who leads from the front? Join a busy heavy vehicle dealership in a key management position and take an experienced team to the next level. Proven automotive or plant experience is essential; this is a large operation with multiple brands and as such requires an individual who can think on their feet and deliver on business goals; if this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

Duties

• Achieve departmental performance objectives and targets
• Uphold and implement quality service processes aligned with manufacturer standards
• Maintain accurate and concise reports and documentation
• Lead and model safe work practices and compliance with company procedures
• Drive high standards of customer service
• Conduct regular team briefings and provide support to service staff

Skills and experience

• Strong leader who inspires and drives performance
• Proven track record running a profitable service department
• Deep knowledge of automotive or heavy vehicle service ops
• Great with people – team, customers, and stakeholders
• Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced setting
• High-energy, customer-first mindset
• Organised, efficient, and tech-savvy
• Trade qualified with hands-on mechanical know-how
