Position Summary
We’re looking for a skilled and commercially-minded Service Advisor to join our growing team. You’ll be the key connection between our customers and workshop, managing bookings, overseeing workflow, and helping clients make informed decisions about maintaining and repairing their vehicles.
This is a sales-focused role, and we want someone who genuinely enjoys selling. You should feel confident explaining repairs, quoting work accurately, and selling the correct value behind the repair, not just a price. This role is all about working with money, understanding margin, and delivering value for both the business and the customer.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or prestige workshop
Experience with Superservice Triage, Eclipse DMS, and dealership systems preferred
Manufacturer training or dealership experience highly regarded
Valid driver’s licence essential
A confident communicator with sales ability and customer focus
High level of automotive knowledge and a passion for premium vehicles
Strong organisational and customer service skills

Able to manage multiple bookings and workshop flow under pressure
Deep understanding of European vehicle servicing
Positive attitude, professional presentation, and high attention to detail
Works well both independently and within a team
Reliable, punctual and driven to succeed
