About the role

The People Culture and Standards Division works in partnership with all Divisions within the Department and beyond to promote and instil good governance and ethical conduct in line with the Department’s mission, principles and values. This Division provides a central and safe environment to report unethical behaviour across the Department and responds to a range of integrity, behavioural, performance, competency and conduct issues.

The Executive Director Management Engagement and Intervention leads the implementation and management of change by driving corruption resistant workforce strategies; and contributing to the integrity framework by providing expert advice; conducting research; analysing organisational systems and cultures; and developing and conducting training and education programs. The role includes responsibility for the delivery of corruption prevention and education information sessions; employee screening; staff drug and alcohol testing.
