As a Territory Manager, you’ll lead the sales strategy across VIC, TAS and SA, owning the full business development lifecycle while driving growth across a portfolio of clients in the Parking & Mobility sector. This is a hands-on role ideal for a self-starter with strong technical acumen and a passion for delivering tailored solutions to enterprise clients.
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)
Salary: $120k + super + $15k car allowance + comms

Your Role:
- Manage and grow accounts across VIC, TAS and SA, with full ownership of your sales pipeline
- Drive new business development while identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Translate client requirements into value-led technical and commercial proposals
- Deliver accurate pricing, high-quality bids, and structured handovers to project teams
- Collaborate across engineering, solution management and delivery to shape winning offers
- Represent the business at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
- Track competitor activity and contribute to market insight and GTM strategies
- Contribute to quarterly sales planning and execution aligned with wider business objectives
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years' experience in B2B Business Development, ideally in technology, engineering, or ticketing
- A technical mindset with the ability to sell complex systems and solutions
- Proven success in full-cycle sales, from lead generation to close
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting to all levels
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, delivery, and commercial teams
