In this role you will utilise your commercial acumen to uncover business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and grow your client portfolio. One day you're hosting a C-level site tour, the next you're crafting a strategic proposal for a nationwide learning program.

What you will be working on

Developing strategic account plans to drive client retention and revenue growth.

Identifying and closing high-value business opportunities through face-to-face and virtual meetings.

Conducting venue inspections, virtual tours, and presenting tailored solutions to clients.

Representing Cliftons at industry events, meetings, and conferences to expand our reach.

Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution for your clients.

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 corporate and government clients.

What type of person will be successful?

We’re looking for a sales-driven relationship builder who thrives on finding and closing opportunities. If you have:

3+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in events, functions, or conference sales - but we're open to industry experience),

A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets,

Experience engaging with key decision-makers (up to C-level executives),

Strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills,

A commercial mindset and hunger to grow business spend,
