You’ll be mentored by the firm’s Principal Consultant a recognised leader in the industry and work under the daily supervision of an experienced Associate who knows how to guide you from good to great.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job brief to placement
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Write compelling job ads and market roles creatively
• Interview, qualify, and match talent to aligned opportunities
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and handle post-placement care
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups using the CRM
• Collaborate with a close-knit, energetic team that loves what they do

What you need to bring:

• Previous experience in recruitment or a people-focused role in sales, construction, law, hospitality, or similar
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence, commercial thinking, and strong follow-through
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to your work
• Resilience, reliability, and a good sense of humour
