Mass Resources is on the lookout for an energetic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Mackay office. You’ll play a key role in connecting skilled candidates with leading employers across renewable energy, construction, mining, and manufacturing sectors.

About the Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for sourcing and placing skilled candidates in a fast-paced labour hire environment. You'll partner with clients to understand their workforce needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and deliver outstanding service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Proactively source candidates through Bullhorn, SEEK, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more

Screen and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles

Write engaging job ads and manage postings across various platforms

Conduct reference checks, verify qualifications and licences, and ensure compliance

Coordinate onboarding, including medicals, inductions, and D&A testing

Generate new business leads through reference checks, ads, and networking

Maintain accurate candidate/client records in Bullhorn

Deliver ongoing candidate care and support

Stay up to date with industry trends and compliance requirements

Take part in audits, client site visits, and risk management activities

What We’re Looking For:

Previous recruitment or labour hire experience (desirable)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in using platforms like Bullhorn, SEEK, and social media

Highly organised with excellent time management skills

Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused

A positive team player with a proactive attitude

Knowledge of labour hire compliance and safety standards is a plus
