We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team, in a permanent, fulltime capacity.

Key Responsibilities include:

Meeting and greeting guests promptly and courteously as they drop off their vehicles to be serviced.

Ensuring you create a great guest experience.

Checking guests out when their service is complete, processing their payment & showing them back to their vehicle.

Helping guests with any service or warranty issues.

Ensuring Technicians are briefed appropriately on any issues a guest raises in relation to their vehicle.

Supporting warranty claims, ensuring manufacturer procedures are complied with.

Liaise with manufacturers and customers to cost warranty repairs, reconcile accounts and prepare repair orders.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership will be highly regarded.

Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone.

Must like problem solving and helping customers.

Accuracy and a high attention to detail.

Current driver's license.
