What you'll be doing
Join our team as Executive Assistant, supporting the Endoscopy Director of Medical Services at Blacktown Hospital. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Providing high level executive and admin support
- Managing calendars, meetings and correspondence
- Preparing reports and maintaining office systems
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring smooth daily operations of the office

Selection Criteria:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to prepare and review complex correspondence within a senior executive environment.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative assistance and support to a senior executive in a complex and busy environment, supported by a demonstrated capacity to exercise initiative and judgement.
- Proven high level organisation skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to independently and effectively manage the diary and emails of a busy senior executive and competently make decisions and progress issues on their behalf.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information and advice and use discretion in knowing when to escalate matters of importance and/or urgency.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as conscientiously working to team goals and values. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to exercise sound judgement in challenging or difficult situations.
- Advanced proficiency in the use of the Microsoft suite of office products and ability to effectively utilise an electronic document management system, such as HP Records Manager
