Are you an experienced administrative professional with a passion for supporting aged care services? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administration Officer to join our Aged Care Services team. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Service Manager and play a key role in coordinating stakeholder engagement, managing data and reporting, and supporting the delivery of vital aged care programs. These programs include the Aged Care Emergency Service, the Nurse Practitioner Service, and the Aged Care Nursing Clinical Placement Program.
Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and student placements with senior stakeholders. • Maintain accurate stakeholder databases and support program evaluation and reporting. • Provide diary management, meeting documentation, and general administrative support. • Reconcile Medicare billings and manage client referrals and registrations. • Oversee data collection, entry, and reporting to meet governance and funding requirements.
What You’ll Bring: • Certificate IV in Business Administration or 3+ years of relevant experience. • Strong time management, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical software (e.g., Best Practice). • Knowledge of aged care and primary health care environments. • Experience in data extraction and reporting is highly desirable. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team working to improve the experience of people living in residential aged care.
