About the role

• Administration- providing administration and customer service for the facility
• Supporting of admin and coordination of consulting suites
• Receives welcomes and directs enquiries of patients, staff, VMO's, Allied Health etc.
• Support patients about their admission and ensure patients are aware of their rights responsibilities etc.
• Maintain accurate records to respond to enquiries
• Collating information and assisting with paperwork
• Full time rotating roster from 6am to 6pm and varied shifts (up to 10 hrs)

About you

• Prior experience in a busy office doing back office support and or administration background
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Balance multiple priorities, work to deadlines and respond in a flexible manner to work requirements
• Ability to work in a fast paced work environment whilst maintaining accuracy.

About the hospital

In this role you will be based at St Vincent's Private Community Hospital Griffith.

• A modern medical & surgical facility, 20 patient beds, 3 state of the art operating theatres
• Established to provide access to excellent health services closer to home for the community
• Over 65 local employees, providing compassionate & professional care for our patients & their families
• Onsite is the great Murrumbidgee Clinical Teaching and Learning Centre, an education facility that develops the next generation of medical staff in our region
