Full-Time Sales and Supply Analyst
INTERIORS AEROSERVICES PTE LTD is a Part 145-MRO certified by EASA, FAA, CAAS, CASA, CAAT, DGCA India, DCA Brunei, and DCA Malaysia. With over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, we specialise in providing top-notch repair and refurbishment services for cabin interiors. Our expertise covers seating products, galley products, plastic components, cabin interior components, and leather restoration. We are committed to adhering to the regulatory standards set by aviation authorities to ensure that our maintenance, repair, and inspection processes meet the highest industry standards. Over the past 30 years, we have evolved significantly and are now strategically expanding our global presence. We have established fully equipped component and seat shops, as well as repair stations in Singapore (our Head Office), Malaysia, Australia, and India.
Our Australian Office is currently seeking a Sales and Supply Analyst to join our sales team. This hybrid role is responsible for reporting to the sales representative, perfect for someone who enjoys working across departments and making a measurable impact through analytical insights and operational support
Your duties will include:
· Analyse sales trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities
· Forecast product demand and align it with purchasing and inventory strategies
· Track and report KPIs across sales, procurement, and supply chain functions
· Develop performance dashboards and present actionable insights to management
· Review supplier performance, pricing, and delivery metrics for improvement
· Assist with sourcing decisions and vendor negotiations
· Coordinate purchase orders, track delivery timelines, and maintain records
· Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock
· Support logistics and warehousing teams to ensure efficient distribution
· Conduct cost-benefit analyses to improve operational efficiency
· Identify risks in the supply chain and propose mitigation strategies
· Contribute to process improvement projects across operations and systems
· Ensure compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and reporting standards
We expect you to have:
· Relevant Bachelor Qualifications
· 2–4 years of experience in sales analysis, procurement, or supply chain operations
· Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL
· Experience with selling services for aircraft or similar
· Experience with Quality assurance processes for supplying and delivering
· Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Ability to work collaboratively across teams and meet tight deadlines
Salary $76.000 - $78.000 per annum plus superannuation
