Opasa Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Management Consultant to join our

Melbourne-based strategic consulting team. The successful candidate will have extensive

experience in supply chain transformation, digital planning systems (APS), and enterprise

operating model redesigns across diverse industries. This role is integral to identifying,

designing, and implementing business improvement strategies that deliver operational

efficiency and strategic outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse client business processes and supply chain models to identify gaps and

opportunities.

Lead transformation projects in demand & supply planning, S&OP, anddigital systems implementation (OMP, o9, Anaplan, etc.).

Design and implement improved operating models, organizational structures, and

performance frameworks.

Facilitate workshops and engage with senior stakeholders to co-create future-state

solutions.

Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives across client

functions.

Develop detailed business cases and strategic roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage program delivery, risk, and quality.

Support internal practice development, proposals, and pre-sales engagements.

Key Requirements

Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

8–10 years of relevant consulting experience, preferably with leading firms (Big 4 or

equivalent).

CPIM APICS certification and/or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.

Hands-on experience with advanced planning solutions like OMP, o9, AERA, Anaplan.

Expertise in strategy formulation, process redesign, and supply chain diagnostics.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Proven track record of delivering measurable results (cost savings, service improvements, etc.).
