Duties and Responsibilities:

The Stock Controller Analyst ensures accurate and timely data synchronisation between internal systems, stock tracking, and resolution of inventory discrepancies.

Daily review of inhouse systems to ensure accurate stock controls.

Daily purchases or stock movements.

Warranty RMA stock requests and returns of faulty stock.

Overall ensure that all stock has been accounted for.

Adjust orders and allocation as required .

Maintain and update stock records.

Oversee stock takes and ensure accuracy with ERP systems.

Establish a professional relationship with vendors.

Skills and Experience:

Experience in a supply chain environment

Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of procurement processes

Demonstrated ability to work independently and unsupervised, as well as part of a team when required

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong attention to detail

Proven ability to plan and prioritise work tasks

A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn about purchasing and inventory processes
