Experience/Knowledge Required
Qualifications in Business Administration (Certificate/Diploma) and/or equivalent experience in similar roles within a professional services environment
Experience in resource and time management and proficiency in tools like Excel or resource management software to ensure accurate data, resource and cost management.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, calendars, and document flows.
Strong proficiency with the full suite of MS Office tools and ideally (though not essential) experience in Xero and/or Employment Hero.
Demonstrated initiative and experience in supporting the development, implementation and compliance of effective business systems, processes, policies and procedures
Clear, professional written and verbal communication, capable of liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and external partners.
