TP Dynamics is a Canberra-based property development and construction company, recognised for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to provide high-level administrative support and coordinate HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, filing systems, equipment, and other coordination
Act as the first point of contact for internal queries and external communications
Maintain shared calendars, arrange meetings and travel, and support senior executives
Oversee procurement of office consumables, tech, and external service providers
Handle general correspondence, document formatting, archiving, and version control
Organise company-wide meetings, project workshops, and staff events
Maintain business registrations, insurance certificates, and compliance records
Continuously improve office systems, workflows, and software use
Support recruitment activities: advertise roles, schedule interviews, and prepare offers
Manage employee onboarding: contracts, policies, IT access, and documentation
Maintain HR records, including leave, training, certifications, and performance reviews
Coordinate WHS documentation and safety-related compliance
Assist in communicating and maintaining HR policies and procedures
Collaborate with Finance and Accounts teams on payroll inputs and staff reimbursements
About You
3+ years’ experience in office management or senior business support roles (ideally in medium to large organisations)
Strong communicator with the ability to liaise across all levels
Highly organised and systems-focused with a calm, solution-driven approach
Proactive, detail-oriented, and improvement-minded
Qualifications in business, finance, or management are highly regarded
Experience in construction, property, or professional services is a plus
