About the Role
We are looking for a Business Administrator to join our team! This is a fully remote position and one full of variety. As our Business Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our business. You will establish, coordinate, implement and streamline efficient business systems and processes as well as establish and manage regional depots, and ensure our team have the resources they need to succeed. Responsibilities will also include coordinating key business activities like insurance, IT, policies and procedures, and business processes.
Covalent Land Australia is a subsidiary of Group 14 Carbon Solutions and works closely with its other related entities. This role will work across the Group.
The role can be part-time or full-time. If part-time, we just ask for a minimum of 30 hours each week across 4 or 5 days. The salary for the role is $85k-95k per annum (full time equivalent) plus superannuation. The role is remote (WFH) however we would love for you to be close to our other team members - so either in ACT, Melbourne, Mid North NSW or SE QLD for when we do work together in a shared working space from time to time.
About You
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Able to develop, support and manage efficient business systems, policies, processes and procedures.
- Experienced in business administration, particularly with a geographically dispersed team.
- Comfortable liaising with external corporate service providers and coordinating support activities.
- A strong team player and can work across various business teams to drive positive business outcomes and efficiencies.
- You are technologically astute, able to navigate and support the business with their IT needs (with the support of a service provider)
