About the role

New Image Laundry is a laundry with a purpose - where exceptional service meets social impact. Our Laundry Manager leads our social enterprise which provides a commercial laundry service across the Wide-Bay Burnett Region.

What you'll be doing

Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional service

Generating new business and service agreements

Producing quotes for new business and reviewing existing service agreements and prices

Providing direction to laundry staff

Managing the budget and providing monthly performance reporting

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards

Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and a positive, team environment

What we're looking for

Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of employees

Significant experience in business development and relationship management

Commercial acumen and a track record in providing quality reporting

Experience in managing stock control, quality control and maintenance schedules

A track record in coaching and mentoring staff to work under pressure and meet strict timeframes
