Located in Castle Hill, Race Dental specialises in high-quality dental prosthetics. We are seeking an experienced Denture Department Manager to lead operations while working hands-on and leading and mentoring our growing team.

The Role
This position suits a qualified Denture Technician—ideally a Dental Prosthetist—with strong skills in both traditional and digital denture design and fabrication. This is a hands-on role, in which you will oversee department workflow, ensure quality standards, and train junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the Denture Department

Act as lead technician in the fabrication of high quality dentures

Mentor and support junior team members

Liaise with clinicians for custom prosthetic cases

Maintain compliance with safety and quality protocols

Requirements

Qualified Dental Technician (Dental Prosthetist preferred)

Knowledgeable in both traditional and digital denture manufacture

Leadership and training experience

Excellent attention to detail and communication

Preferred

5+ years in dental technology

2+ years in a leadership role

Experience with 3D printing in prosthetics
