We’re looking for a Practice Manager who can lead effectively — not by doing it their way, but by working with our existing leadership structure and supporting the systems we’ve already built. Collaborate closely with our clinical and admin team leaders

Ensure systems are followed and performance expectations are met

Handle rostering, HR matters, team meetings, and day-to-day coordination

Be the glue between leadership and the broader team — not a barrier
