What You'll Do :

Lead and Inspire: Guide and support a close-knit team of professionals in a positive and collaborative enviroment

Drive Business Growth: Implement strategies to boost patient retention, increase case acceptance. Convert new patient phone inquiries to appointments using our CRM system

Oversee Day to Day Operations: Manage rosters, appointment books and ensure the practice runs smoothly

Deliver exceptional Patient Experience: Ensure patients feel welcomed and valued including supporting clinical excellence throughout their care.

Monitor Key Metrics: Track and report on performance indicators and new patient conversions.

Collaborate with our digital marketing agencies: Converting new patient on-line and phone inquiries to appointments.

What you will bring:

Experience in dental or similar industry

Strong leadership and team building skills

Commercial mindset with a keen eye for business development and growth opportunities

Excellent communication and ability to quickly build rapport on the phone

Organised , proactive and solution focused thinking.
