About the Role:
As Customer Support Manager, you will lead and inspire our front-line team to deliver outstanding service to our valued clients. You will ensure our customer interactions are seamless, professional, and solution-focused—while helping to grow and strengthen our client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support the customer service team to meet daily goals
Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions—ensuring timely, friendly, and accurate responses
Resolve escalated issues with care, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
Promote the benefits of our products and Race Rewards Program
Identify opportunities for service improvement and operational efficiencies
Monitor CRM usage, service KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics
Collaborate closely with our production and logistics teams to ensure smooth case management
Stay informed on our lab processes, materials, and turnaround times
What We are Looking For:
A natural people leader with a warm, confident communication style
Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a team leadership or supervisory role
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Experience using CRM systems and customer support tools
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dental or healthcare industry experience is highly regarded but not essential
