Job Responsilities:
- Be accountable for achieving retail parts and customer satisfaction targets.
- Develop ideas and strategies to manage the stock, while maximizing retail opportunities.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of polite, professional and effective service to customers visiting the service department.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling appointments, allocating resources (such as technicians and equipment), and ensuring efficient workflow and satisfy customer needs.
- Manage all service and repair work meets the highest standards of quality and safety, may including implementing quality control processes, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any issues or concerns raised, etc.
- Providing technical support and guidance on complex repair issues, involve troubleshooting problems, researching technical solution and assist with manufactures for assistance when needed.
- Overseeing the management of parts inventory and ensuring that service department has an adequate supply of parts and accessories to meet customer demand.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintain the strong relationship and communication with key stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to the dealer team on target insights and competitive analysis.
- Provide regular learning and growth opportunities within the team.
- Conduct the meetings with the dealership management to ensure for clear understanding of monthly programs, and to conduct performance discussions and customer feedback discussions where required.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and manufacturer guidelines governing automotive service and repair operations. This includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and implementing appropriate policies and procedures to maintain he compliance and reputation.
About You
- Must have mechanical background and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- In-depth technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using automotive service management software.
